Registration and cancellation policy
- You will receive an email with more details about the class a few days before it begins.
- Each class registration holds your spot for the specific dates you signed up for. To maintain an intimate learning experience, our class sizes are limited in number. Any cancellation or rescheduling leaves a vacancy that could have been filled by others. If if the student cancels with less than 5 days’ notice or fails to show up, there will be no refund.
- The Denver School of Photography is not responsible for granting refunds for classes missed due to illnesses, emergencies, or other issues beyond our control. However, should a student be absent from a class or, not able to attend all classes, we are glad to add you to a standby list. The student MUST CALL to be added to this list.
- Standby lists will be notified a few days before the class begins to let you know if there is space available. If there is not space available, you will be added to another standby list.
- There will be no cancellations due to snow. We all love Colorado and know that it comes with some unpredictable weather, so classes run rain or shine.
- It is rare that a class is canceled due to under-enrollment. However, should this occur, a full refund will be provided or the option to transfer to another class.
- For all refunds, there is a processing fee of $20.
